JLL China wanted to launch a new marketing campaign in 2022, that would promote JLL real estate in the Chinese market.
The challenge was to design a series of adverts that they could use in English and Chinese in the Chinese market. We had to work very closely with the client on this project as the real estate message required in China was very different from that used in the rest of the world and had to work on a local government level.
We came up with a simple message for the client to use based on having clarity and a clear vision. The design execution featured a viewfinder graphic that included the key message and that part of the photography in sharp focus, while the rest of the image would be blurred.
The client was pleased with the designs and the photography options we provided them.
