The US JLL team needed to create a brochure for a refurbished historic building in Sacramento. One of the client's asks was for the brochure design to reflect the history of the property and of Sacramento, and for it to feel a bit Americana in design. They also needed a fast turnaround from us to meet the buildings owner's deadline.
The design was to feature a number of visualisations for what the finished property would look like as well as floorplan drawings to show the layouts to potential customers. We were also tasked with creating the amenities map, which would show where the property was located and how close to transport links, restaurants, retail, and fitness businesses.

The client was extremely happy with the final product and the quick turnaround, they loved the layout and how we'd got as much of their material and assets into the space as possible.
