Kantar Millward Brown has partnered with easyJet to provide insights into their consumer satisfaction journey, from booking through to their arrival at their destination.
My team was approached to redesign the standard Kantar Millward Brown dashboard, as this did not provide the client with the overview that they needed to understand how they were performing at each stage of the journey or as a data reporting tool they could use internally within Easyjet.
