JLL North America had a large office building that was being extensively refurbished.

We worked on two projects with them for this property; a brand and logo refresh and a brochure for potential tenants and investors.

For the logo we were asked to review key design elements of the building and the immediate area in Boston around the property. The client also wanted the logo to focus on the number 'one' as a key part of the design. We presented several options to them including using the properties windows to form the shape of a 1.
