
Created as part of a broader campaign to promote JLL’s partnership with Paragon, this explainer video was designed to clearly articulate the value of their integrated property management offer. The challenge was to bring structure, clarity, and visual energy to a service narrative that could easily become complex.
Working from a loose brief and an early script draft, I helped shape the story flow—developing a modular structure that guided viewers through challenges, solutions, and benefits. I designed a bold, typographic treatment rooted in JLL’s brand language, then animated the full video using clean transitions and tight pacing to keep things dynamic and engaging.
The result was a sharp, informative video asset that communicated confidently and worked across digital channels. It served as a key tool in aligning internal teams and communicating the proposition externally—with the added value of being flexible enough to localise and reuse across markets.
